Ingredients:
125ml/5 fl.oz)low fat cottage cheese 125ml/5 fl.oz low fat natural yogurt 30ml/2tbsp runny clear honey 675g/1½ lb fresh strawberries
Method:
- Using a wooden spoon push the cottage cheese through a fine plastic sieve into a medium sized bowl.
- Add the yogurt and honey and beat together until smooth.
- Slice the strawberries into four, reserving 6 for decoration and divide equally between 6 individual serving glasses.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the strawberries and chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
- Slice reserved strawberries and place on top of creams before serving.
