| Ingredients:
50g/2oz unsalted butter 60ml/4tbsp honey 50g/2oz demerara sugar 4 eating apples
Method:
- Peel, core and slice the apples
- Place butter, honey and sugar into large saucepan.
- Gently heat to melt, then bring to the boil and simmer for 2 mins until thick sauce.
- Add the apples to the pan.
- Simmer 4-6 mins until tender.
- Serve with cream.
